The mechanical gravity oil-water separator is made of heavy-duty 1.2mm thickness 201 stainless steel, which is sturdy, durable, rust-proof, anti-corrosion, hard to deform, easy to clean and has a long service life. It is also designed with a removable stainless steel inside filter basket with dense mesh, which can effectively collect the solid waste and grease in the first step.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Grease traps work on the basic principle that FOG's (Fats, oils and grease) float on water and solid particles sink. As the inflow of wastewater from the sinks enters the grease trap, the fats, oils, and greases rise to the surface and are trapped between the baffle plates. The baffles on the outlet prevent FOG's from flowing directly through the unit.
2 Side Water Inlets
With the 2 side water inlets, you can select the connecting method according to your actual needs and conditions. You can place the grease trap underground or just above. The higher inlet hole or the higher one on the side links the grease inlet pipe, and the lower water discharge hole is for the water outlet pipe.

Thoughtful details are also integrated into our grease trap interceptor. A handle is attached to the top for lifting the lid effortlessly. The inlet hole above is smoothly cutting, which will not hurt your hands. The filter basket in mesh design facilitates collecting the solid waste. The outlet valve with control can also be firmly installed on the body.
