This is a Bally Black Card 3rd tier level player, There are four tier levels. Formerly Bally Caesars Rewards. The name has been covered temporarily by a piece of paper for discretion.  Card is used and is in excellent condition with normal scratch and scuff marks (look at picture).  This is the actual card you will receive.  Great card for your collection.
